What Skymil collects on this site and how it is handled: the contact and quote forms, call bookings, and visit statistics.
What we collect
What you type in the forms. For contact and quote requests: your name, an email address or phone number, your message and, for the quote, the details of your project. For a call booking, also: the time you pick, the call type (WhatsApp, phone or Google Meet), your email address and, when needed, your number. Outside the forms, we only measure aggregate visit statistics (see “Analytics”).
Why
To answer your request and, if you book a call, to arrange it: confirmation, calendar invitation, reminders the day before and one hour before, rescheduling or cancelling.
How it is handled
The contact and quote forms send your message by email to contact@skymil-informatique.com, through the Resend email service (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States), without storing it in a database. Call bookings, however, are stored in the site’s database, provided by Lovable Cloud (Supabase service, Supabase, Inc., United States); the confirmation, reminder and change emails are also sent through Resend. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
How long we keep it
A booking is deleted automatically 12 months after the date of the call. You can ask for it to be deleted earlier, at any time.
Booking link
The confirmation email holds a personal link to view, reschedule or cancel your call. It gives access to this booking only (date, time, call type, name, email and number): do not share it. We only keep a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of it. That page is not counted in the analytics and is not indexed by search engines.
Analytics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., United States): page views, country, device type and loading speed, only as aggregate statistics. This tool sets no cookie, does not use your browser storage and does not keep your IP address.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your data at contact@skymil-informatique.com. Tunisian law n° 2004-63 on personal data protection applies; visitors from the European Union also benefit from the GDPR.
